| In Iran, and especially in recent years, the housing and construction market has flourished. In the meantime, we are witnessing that the observance of legal and Islamic issues in constructions, beautifying the face of cities and securing buildings are being disrupted every day. By reviewing the narrations from the holy lights of the Ahl al-Bayt (as) in this article, we come to the conclusion that beautifying the faces of cities, securing buildings, the necessities of any residential area, etc. are very important matters, which On the one hand, paying attention to them makes it very beautiful - construction; But if we look at the other issue, by not following these recommendations of the Ahl al-Bayt: we have violated the citizenship rights of our neighbors, passers-by and even ourselves. Narrations collected in the form of 6 sections: moral-religious points, psychological points, technical points and recommendations of house architecture, safety and security points, health-welfare points and economic points are included. In the section on moral-religious points, there are narrations that are related to the rights of the neighbor, the customs of buying and entering the house. And this is in fact a demonstration of the art of Islam; It means connecting the world and the hereafter. In the section on psychological points, the warnings of the infallible leaders (peace be upon them) about the goodness and necessity of the space of housing as needed, and its extraordinary effect on the morale and mental health of individuals are expressed. In the section on technical tips and architectural recommendations, narrations have been stated that finally lead us to the fact that apartment building is a problematic option. In the section on safety and security points, we get acquainted with narrations, which have taken into account the points and warnings, which must be observed by the builders of housing and its users, and must be considered during the construction or operation phase. In the Health-Welfare Tips section, a window opens to the Hadith window with the necessary tips for maintaining the health of the home. From the aversion to keeping animals such as dogs to tips on lighting the houses and the necessities of each residential area, etc. have been discussed. The last section, which is devoted to economic-financial points, in fact shows the efforts of the innocent leaders, who, even in worldly affairs, have not hesitated to change the attitude and mentality of others. In this way, Islamic traditions, beliefs and values have an undeniable role in the theoretical, practical and promotion of objective, mental and spiritual beauty of cities. |
