چکیده
The problem with the definition of a "political system" is that there is no consensus among political thinkers on its concept, and it is stated as "state", "government" and "political regime". This problem also exists in the division of political systems. Because some thinkers have divided it into "state" and some under "government". This article distinguishes between these concepts and gives separate definitions for each of them.
