چکیده
The information revolution that the world is witnessing has created new opportunities, not only in the field of business, but also in training and creating new opportunities and bridging distances. Therefore, the present study seeks to exploit the technological revolution and design a computer program; In a way that serves education in general and e-learning in particular, where standards are set and serves university decision-makers to continuously evaluate performance and strive to reduce gaps and exploit mistakes. It also relies on simple, user-friendly, and inexpensive software to achieve better performance, and uses methods such as determining relative weights for standards and benefiting from the Likert scale. The research findings show that the evaluation criteria of e-learning have different weights that are different according to the degree of impact on the educational process, and more accurate criteria can be created and even sub-questions can be given relative weight.
